Following is a copy of a letter, and attachment, that I sent the Treasurer on 18 February 2026.

(3) UTAS’ financial difficulties
(4) The ‘brain drain’ and budget repair
Attachment 1 to the letter provides a summary, but detailed, analysis of Green Bond issues.
